That completely shifted when I learned how powerful ambient light and clean aromatherapy can be for mood, stress relief, and everyday wellbeing. I also just loved the atmosphere it brought to my space, it made my home feel more my own rather than just somewhere I was living. Once I experienced the difference myself, I began researching the benefits of aromatherapy.
